20th Tokyo eCommerce Fair will be held from March 18–19, 2027 at Tokyo Big Sight, showcasing EC systems, e-commerce platforms, payment solutions, data analysis tools, CRM, AI applications, logistics and inventory systems, cross-border EC support, and site management services. The event hosts 110 exhibitors and 6,000 visitors. Organized by Informa Markets Japan Co., Ltd, it focuses on solutions and operational know-how for online and mail-order businesses. Launched in 2008 as Japan’s first dedicated e-commerce and mail-order event, the fair centers on the theme “Deliver the best shopping experience,” supporting businesses in improving customer experience and EC operations.
