Shanghai Global Food Trade Show 2026

29th Shanghai Global Food Trade Show (FHC), held from November 10–12, 2026, at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. Exhibits span confectionery, dairy, seafood, meat, beverages, tea, coffee, alcoholic drinks, packaging, and bakery equipment. The 2024 edition recorded 171,828 professional visitors and 5,611 international attendees from 98 countries, highlighting its global reach. Organized by Shanghai Sinoexpo Informa Markets, the event enables buyers to explore new product innovations, connect with global brands, and expand business in China’s evolving food market.
