Shanghai Fresh Food Modern Retail Expo (FMR) will be held from December 3 to 5, 2026, at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. Dedicated to the modern retail food supply chain, FMR connects fresh food producers with leading retailers and distributors across China and beyond. The show features a broad range of fresh and processed food categories including seafood, meat, poultry, fruits, vegetables, pre-cooked foods, soy products, and bakery items. Organized to support end-to-end channel growth and category innovation, FMR spans 60,000 sqm, gathers over 800 exhibitors and more than 20,000 professional visitors.
