2025 Shanghai CADE Architecture Design Expo

The 2025 Shanghai CADE Architecture Design Expo under the theme “Rebirth · Build New” will present a series of dynamic case studies through professional, in-depth, and interactive exhibitions. The expo will explore innovative design concepts for organic urban renewal pathways, green solutions for sustainable development, and intelligent building technologies that unlock new possibilities, collectively showcasing a vision of future ideal living spaces. BAU CHINA 2025, based on the “Rebirth” theme, will examine global urban renewal practices and research, bringing together diverse stakeholders such as managers, developers, designers, and builders to promote cross-industry exchanges and address future challenges and opportunities in urban development. Under the “Build New” theme, the expo will respond to China’s new requirements for high-quality urban growth, particularly emphasizing low-carbon initiatives in new constructions and sustainable updates in renovations, presenting diverse explorations in development models, design philosophies, material research, and applications. By addressing contemporary challenges and supporting the high-quality development of the architectural industry, CADE Architecture Design Expo 2025 (Shanghai) serves as the flagship event for the Asia-Pacific region’s architectural design sector, driven by design excellence and leveraging the strengths of real estate, engineering, and system solutions. The expo will take place from November 5th to 8th at the Shanghai New International Expo Center.
