Shanghai World Seafood Expo 2026

20th Shanghai International Fisheries Expo will be held from August 26–28, 2026, at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. Exhibits cover frozen and fresh seafood, processed aquatic foods, premium health ingredients, aquaculture equipment, cold chain logistics, and smart fishery technologies. Over 3,000 exhibitors will showcase products to an expected large audience across 150,000 sqm. Organized by top national fisheries and trade associations, the expo aims to connect global supply chains, boost trade, and support industry innovation. Events include forums on salmon and tuna, regional seafood showcases, culinary competitions, and sourcing sessions for international buyers.
