Shanghai International Hotel and Catering Industry Expo (HOTELEX Shanghai) will be held from March 30 to April 2, 2026, at the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai. This prominent event, organized under the guidance of the Shanghai Municipal Administration of Culture and Tourism, brings together exhibitors from the hotel and catering industry, food and beverage, coffee and tea, and franchise chains. With an exhibition area spanning 400,000 square meters, the expo will feature over 3,000 exhibitors showcasing products related to kitchen equipment, tableware, food ingredients, and more.
