The 22nd Beijing International Baking Exhibition will be held from May 10–12, 2026 at the China International Exhibition Center (New Hall), Beijing. The exhibition covers the entire bakery and light catering supply chain, including baking ingredients, bakery machinery and equipment, confectionery production, packaging solutions, coffee, beverages, ice cream, and franchising opportunities. The 2025 edition welcomed over 1,000 exhibitors and 98,202 visitors combined with the co-located catering show, with the 2026 scale expanding to four halls. Organized by Qiyang Exhibition Group and Beijing Jingmao International Exhibition Co., Ltd., the expo provides a professional trade platform for sourcing, partnership building, and business expansion in China’s booming bakery and foodservice industry.
