SinoGNSS has introduced the TC1720 high-precision positioning chip and the K601 module built on it, targeting applications such as intelligent driving, unmanned systems and precision agriculture. The TC1720 uses a 22nm process and fits RF, baseband and power management into a 4.7mm × 4.7mm package. It supports multi-frequency signals across all major satellite systems, including QZSS L6, GAL E6 and low-orbit constellations. Its power consumption can drop to 40mW, which benefits devices that require compact hardware and low energy use.

The chip includes interference detection and suppression, along with AES and SM4 encryption units that improve stability and data security in demanding environments. The K601 module inherits the chip’s low-power and small-form-factor design. It supports integrated navigation and interference handling, and its surface-mounted design helps it fit into vehicle terminals, agricultural machinery, portable surveying tools and IoT positioning devices.

With the completion of the BeiDou-3 global system and ongoing industry digitalization, high-precision positioning is entering more fields, from smart transportation to drone inspection. The TC1720 and K601 strengthen SinoGNSS’s product line and contribute to the growing autonomy and innovation of China’s BeiDou ecosystem.
