ISM Japan will take place from April 15–17, 2026 at Tokyo Big Sight, Tokyo, Japan. The exhibition covers sweets and confectionery, salted and bakery snacks, specialty and frozen snacks, free-from and functional products, and sweets & snack processing and packaging technology. The event gathers around 900 exhibitors and more than 50,000 professional visitors across its co-located fairs. Organized by Koelnmesse Co., Ltd., ISM Japan serves as a dedicated trade platform for the sweets and snacks industry in Japan and East Asia, facilitating sourcing, distribution partnerships and market expansion.
