INTERNORGA Foodservice and Hospitality Expo takes place from March 12–16, 2027 at Messe Hamburg in Germany. The exhibition presents food and beverages, kitchen technology and equipment, restaurant and hotel equipment, digital applications, and packaging and delivery solutions. The event hosts about 1,200 exhibitors and around 85,000 visitors. Organized by Hamburg Messe und Congress GmbH, INTERNORGA serves as a meeting place for the hospitality and foodservice sectors where exhibitors present products, trends, and innovations. The show is accompanied by conferences such as the International Foodservice Forum and the Branchentag der Gemeinschaftsgastronomie, as well as competitions including the INTERNORGA Future Award, Next Chef Award, and Deutscher Gastro-Gründerpreis. Additional activities include presentations on the Open Stage and networking in the Afterwork Lounge.
