Chongqing International Semiconductor Expo (GSIE), scheduled from May 13-15, 2026, at the Chongqing International Expo Center, is a premier event organized by the Chongqing Semiconductor Industry Association. Spanning 30,000 square meters, the expo will feature 500 exhibitors and attract over 25,000 attendees. Chongqing, a major industrial hub in China, plays a pivotal role in the national strategy of integrating the Eastern and Western economic zones. As one of the earliest cities in China to develop large-scale integrated circuits, Chongqing is now home to a comprehensive IC design, wafer manufacturing, and packaging and testing ecosystem. The city is driving the growth of power semiconductors, automotive electronics, AI, and IoT sectors, with ambitions to build a trillion-yuan semiconductor cluster. The expo will serve as a critical platform for showcasing the latest advancements in the semiconductor industry and fostering collaboration across the supply chain.
