WRC 2026 Set to Open in Beijing: Preview of the Latest in Humanoid Robotics with NVIDIA, ABB, and More

World Robot Conference (WRC) is set to open its doors from August 8–12, 2026 at the Beiren Yichuang International Convention and Exhibition Center in Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area. This year’s theme, “Empowering Robots with Intelligence, Enhancing Embodied Intelligence,” reflects the ongoing evolution of humanoid robotics and embodied AI.

Jointly hosted by the China Electronics Society and the World Robot Cooperation Organization, WRC 2025 features the World Robot Expo, World Robot Contest, and a series of high-level forums, keynotes, opening and closing ceremonies, all highlighting the forefront of global robotics innovation.

WRC 2026 brings together 220 leading domestic and international robotics companies, including major players like ABB, KUKA, Festo, Fourier Intelligence, Unitree Robotics, ZhiYuan Robotics, CITIC Heavy Industries, and many more. The exhibition spans 50,000 square meters, featuring over 1,500 exhibits and 100+ product debuts.

Fourier Intelligence (Booth B111)

Debuting the GR-3, its first humanoid robot focused on interactive companionship in medical and elderly care. The GR-3 features a soft-skin design and full-sensory interaction system, enhancing emotional interaction and companionship.

Luming Robotics (Booth B121)

Introducing two disruptive robots:

  • Lumos LUS2: A full-size humanoid robot with the ability to spring up in 1 second, a significant leap over the industry standard of 3–5 seconds.
  • MOS: An embodied dual-arm robot with a 50 kg payload, 150% above current industry averages—ideal for logistics and industrial automation.
