World Robot Conference (WRC) is set to open its doors from August 8–12, 2026 at the Beiren Yichuang International Convention and Exhibition Center in Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area. This year’s theme, “Empowering Robots with Intelligence, Enhancing Embodied Intelligence,” reflects the ongoing evolution of humanoid robotics and embodied AI.
Jointly hosted by the China Electronics Society and the World Robot Cooperation Organization, WRC 2025 features the World Robot Expo, World Robot Contest, and a series of high-level forums, keynotes, opening and closing ceremonies, all highlighting the forefront of global robotics innovation.
WRC 2026 brings together 220 leading domestic and international robotics companies, including major players like ABB, KUKA, Festo, Fourier Intelligence, Unitree Robotics, ZhiYuan Robotics, CITIC Heavy Industries, and many more. The exhibition spans 50,000 square meters, featuring over 1,500 exhibits and 100+ product debuts.
Highlights include:
Debuting the GR-3, its first humanoid robot focused on interactive companionship in medical and elderly care. The GR-3 features a soft-skin design and full-sensory interaction system, enhancing emotional interaction and companionship.
Introducing two disruptive robots:
Presenting a suite of intelligent systems including humanoid robots, quadrupeds, and software platforms. A 1:1 real-world demo area will simulate industrial transport, autonomous indoor navigation, and more.
Unveiling the VITA companion robot, capable of fully autonomous path planning and crowd navigation. Through natural language interaction, VITA performs actions such as sitting, shaking hands, and more. Pre-orders start in October, with full launch in Q4 2025.
Launching AEON, an industrial humanoid robot powered by Hexagon’s world-class sensors, AI-driven spatial intelligence, and motion systems. AEON targets sectors such as automotive, aerospace, logistics, and smart manufacturing.
Announcing its first consumer-grade exoskeleton robot—VIATRIX, under the theme “Power Your Move”, officially launching at WRC 2025.
Demonstrating kitchen and logistics applications of its AGV-based humanoid robot, including real-time product interaction.
Revealing GoMate, a third-gen embodied humanoid robot. Highlights:
Debuting the G-0 model, powered by a groundbreaking VLA model (Visual-Language-Action). With just a natural language command, visitors can watch the robot clean a bedroom in a live demo, showcasing end-to-end physical intelligence.
Releasing a new humanoid robot body and a 20-DOF dexterous hand, featuring 62 degrees of freedom and multimodal sensing (vision, touch, force) for complex task execution.
Launching the Xynova Flex 1, the world’s first mass-produced tendon-driven dexterous hand with high degrees of freedom. Performance details and live demonstrations will be available at the booth.
Presenting the Linker Hand L20, an industrial-grade dexterous hand with 20 active DOFs, replicating natural human grasping with precision control and self-developed actuators.
Showcasing a series of dexterous hands with interactive demos and giveaways. Following a recent multi-million yuan angel investment round, the company aims to accelerate its role in core robotic components.
