Important Notice: ASEAN Auto Parts (Nanning) Procurement Fair Postponed to April 2026

The organizing committee of the 2025 ASEAN Auto Parts (Nanning) Procurement Fair has officially announced that the exhibition will be postponed.

The event, originally scheduled for September 26–28, 2025 at the Nanning International Convention & Exhibition Center, will now be held on April 23–25, 2026 at the same venue. The 2025 Nanning International Motorcycle & Parts Exhibition, which was scheduled to take place at the same time, will also be adjusted accordingly.

The decision follows feedback from ASEAN countries and professional audience organizations. Due to the overlap with other major exhibitions in Nanning in mid-September, many key purchasing groups and professional visitors from ASEAN nations would not be able to remain or re-enter Nanning within the original schedule. In order to ensure better exhibition results for all participants, the organizing committee made the decision to postpone.

The organizers sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by this change and express their gratitude for the continued understanding and support from exhibitors, professional buyers, and partners.

Please update your calendars accordingly and prepare for an even more successful edition of the ASEAN Auto Parts (Nanning) Procurement Fair in April 2026.
