How to Register for the Main Forum of World Robot Conference 2026
The main forum of the conference will be held in Beijing from August 9th to 11th, 2026.

There are two ticket categories: Single-Day ticket and Forum Pass. The specific benefits are as follows:
Forum Pass Ticket：
- Access to the main forum from August 9th to 11th, with three-day lunch vouchers in the venue (August 9th to 11th).
- Access to events held during the conference from August 9th to 12th.
- Access to the exhibition and competitions from August 9th to 12th.
Single-Day Ticket
- Access to the main forum on single day (August 9th, 10th or 11th), with one lunch voucher in the venue on the day of entry.
- Access to the exhibition, competitions and events on the same day.
Ticket Types & Pricing
1. FORUM PASS (All Main Forums – 3 Days)
- Includes: Access to all main forums (Aug 9–11), 3 lunch vouchers, exhibition & competitions
- Pricing:

- ¥1500 before June 30 (40% off)
- ¥2000 from July 1–15 (20% off)
- ¥2500 after July 15 (Full price)
2. SINGLE DAY Ticket
- Includes: Access to one day’s main forum, 1 lunch voucher, exhibition & competitions
- Pricing:
- ¥780 before June 30
- ¥1040 from July 1–15
- ¥1300 after July 15
⚠️ Important Events are not included in either pass.
📌 Registration Steps
Step 1: Create an Account

Visit the official registration portal:

- Fill in: Your Name, Email Address, Password
- Click “Get Verify Code” – check your email, paste the code into the verification field.
- Check the two agreement boxes.
- Click “Submit” to complete account creation.
Step 2: Choose a Ticket Type
- Click the “+” icon to add an application.
- Select one of the four ticket types (FORUM PASS or SINGLE DAY options).
- Note that prices adjust automatically based on the current date.
💡 You can register multiple participants by clicking the “+” icon again.
Step 3: Fill Out the Application
For each participant, provide the following details:
- First Name & Family Name
- Phone Number (with country code)
- Gender
- Country and City
- Identification Type: Choose Passport
- Passport Number
- Upload a photo of your passport
- Company or Organization Name
Click “Save” to proceed.
Step 4: Submit the Application
- After saving, you’ll return to the order page.
- Add more applications if needed.
- Click “Submit Registration” when you’re done.
Step 5: Wait for Approval
- Your application will be reviewed.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once approved.
- Payment is only Via Bank Transfer.
- You can also track your registration status through the portal.
⚠️ Entry Requirements & Reminders
- Bring your Registration QR Code for venue entry, especially if you registered using a passport or travel permit.
- Real identity information is mandatory for all attendees.
- Lunch vouchers are included based on your ticket type.
