Wonder Festival Executive Committee

The Wonder Festival Executive Committee (ワンダーフェスティバル実行委員会) is the organizing committee responsible for planning, coordinating, and running Wonder Festival events — one of the largest figure and model hobby conventions in the world. Founded through its association with the Japanese hobby manufacturer Kaiyodo Co., Ltd. (which originally sponsored the festival and where the committee is headquartered), the committee oversees the semiannual conventions that bring together figure creators, garage kit builders, toy designers, sculptors, and fans.

Wonder Festival began as a single modeling event in 1984 and has grown into a major international cultural event, with editions in Japan and collaborations abroad (such as shows in Korea, China, and the United States). Its activities involve event management, exhibitor coordination, licensing procedures, and public engagement rather than manufacturing products directly.
