The Finnish Fair Corporation
Messukeskus Helsinki is owned and operated by The Finnish Fair Corporation, a publicly‑owned event and exhibition company with around 200 shareholders, including the Confederation of Finnish Industries, Helsinki Region Chamber of Commerce, and the City of Helsinki.
The Finnish Fair Corporation was founded in 1919 with a mission to promote Finnish business through trade fairs and industry events. It oversees the Helsinki Expo and Convention Centre, which hosts about 60 trade fairs annually, over 500 meetings and congresses, and draws more than 1 million visitors each year.
The company plays a major role in Finland’s events landscape, managing venues, exhibitions, and services that span packaging shows, boat fairs, book fairs, and large business events, and is committed to sustainability and economic growth.
