On December 2, 7NOTE Robot Galaxy, a leading company combining high-end events with intelligent technology, signed a sales contract with data intelligence provider Huichen Co. The agreement involves 1,000 humanoid robots equipped with Huichen’s HCR-X professional AI systems. These robots will serve 7NOTE’s high-net-worth clientele, supporting luxury brand events, private gatherings, and home scenarios, aiming to provide “warm and professional intelligence” and redefine the meaning of premium service.

The partnership goes beyond hardware acquisition. 7NOTE is introducing Huichen’s HCR-X AI, trained on vast vertical industry data, with the capability to understand subtle, non-standard, and context-rich demands in high-end service environments.

7NOTE, which serves more than 100 leading enterprises, is recognized for its deep understanding of high-net-worth clients, precise process management, and strong resource integration. Integrating intelligent robots represents a key step in embedding technology systematically into its service framework. The 1,000 robots will act as extensions of 7NOTE’s service teams, delivering standardized information, personalized interaction guidance, immersive brand storytelling, and 24/7 client support.

Professional intelligence is central to luxury service. Huichen’s role is crucial because high-end interactions cannot tolerate awkward or irrelevant responses. 7NOTE requires the AI to have true domain expertise. Leveraging years of industry data and model optimization, Huichen provides intelligence that enables robots to communicate with knowledge depth, logical structure, and adherence to high-end social etiquette, ensuring technology enhances service quality rather than diminishes it.

This collaboration marks an initial step in 7NOTE’s “luxury events plus intelligent technology” ecosystem. Robots will be deployed in Beijing Yansha, with future expansion to Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen. 7NOTE plans to establish flagship “Robot Galaxy” spaces where technology and luxury intersect, combining premium offline environments with seamless, precise, and engaging AI-driven interactions. This initiative supports 7NOTE’s national expansion and represents a practical integration of human expertise with intelligent systems in high-end service.
