At a construction site, the full-size humanoid robot Oli from LimX Dynamics demonstrated impressive stability while navigating a debris-filled area, stepping on soft sand, uneven stones, shaky planks, and scattered construction waste.

Standing 165 cm tall with 31 degrees of freedom, Oli maintained natural, human-like walking despite high dynamic challenges, showcasing advanced balance and disturbance resistance. This performance relies on breakthroughs in whole-body motion control, real-time joint coordination, and robust algorithms that handle unpredictable terrain.

By addressing issues like foot slippage, sudden impacts, and the gap between simulation and reality, Oli can maintain stable posture and continuous gait, enabling reliable movement and operational tasks. Its success at the site represents a key step toward practical, embodied humanoid robots capable of navigating complex environments while performing real-world operations.
