Weihai International Economic and Trade Exchange Center

Weihai International Trade and Exchange Center, located by Xiaoyao Lake in Weihai’s eastern coastal new city, is a major project in Shandong’s industrial transformation. Covering 330,000 sqm, it’s jointly operated by Weihai Urban Investment Group and Capital Convention Group. As Weihai’s first integrated venue combining exhibition, conference, hotel, and cultural industries, it hosts the renowned “China Weihai International Architectural Design Competition & Habitat Festival.” The center includes an exhibition area of 160,000 sqm with five halls and an outdoor space hosting over 3,000 booths, featuring a record-breaking 13,000 sqm pillar-free hall. The conference area spans 86,000 sqm with 64 rooms, including the largest pillar-free banquet hall in Shandong (3,100 sqm). The hotel zone offers nearly 800 rooms across two five-star hotels with diverse international and Asian dining options.
