Dengdu Guzhen Conference and Exhibition Center; Located beside Gushen Highway in Guzhen Town, Zhongshan City, near key transport routes including Zhongjiang Expressway, Gushen Highway, and Guangzhu Light Rail, this project covers a land area of 62,846.62 sqm with a total construction area of about 33,671 sqm. It includes a 29,258 sqm exhibition hall and a 4,413 sqm conference and reception center. Built with pile foundations and a frame-steel structure, the venue reaches up to 15 meters in height with a maximum span of 75 meters. It integrates a business center, conference center, dining facilities, and expo company offices. The total investment is approximately 110 million RMB.
