Opened in 2023, it forms part of the redeveloped International Exhibition-cum-Convention Centre and spans a campus of over 100 acres with extensive exhibition halls, a major plenary hall for around 7,000 delegates, multiple auditoriums and meeting rooms, and parking for thousands of vehicles.
