Air Movement and Control Association (AMCA) International – Asia Region is the regional branch of AMCA International, a global non-profit association representing manufacturers of air system components such as fans, dampers, louvers, air curtains, airflow measurement devices, and other ventilation products. Founded in 1917, AMCA develops industry standards, certification programs, and testing procedures that verify the performance of air-movement and control equipment used in commercial and industrial buildings. The organization operates accredited laboratories and certification programs that test airflow, acoustic performance, pressure, and efficiency of HVAC products to ensure reliable and standardized performance. The Asia division supports members across the Asia-Pacific region by promoting AMCA standards, providing certification services, organizing industry meetings and educational programs, and supporting regulatory and technical development in the ventilation and indoor air quality sector.
