ORGATEC TOKYO will be held from June 2–4, 2026 at Tokyo Big Sight South Halls 1–4 in Tokyo, Japan. The exhibition presents office facility planning and management solutions, office and facility equipment, acoustics, flooring, lighting, A/V technology, office furnishings, organizational systems, IT and telecommunication services, remote work solutions and studio facilities. Launched in 2022 as the first satellite event in Asia of ORGATEC Cologne, the show focuses on future-oriented workplace concepts that integrate culture and technology. Organized by Koelnmesse Co., Ltd. and the Japan Office and Institutional Furniture Association, the event connects designers, architects, developers and corporate decision-makers to explore new workplace models and business opportunities in the evolving work environment.
