AEO Renews Event Technology Partnership with Cvent

The The Association of Event Organisers has renewed its partnership with Cvent, confirming that the global event technology provider will continue as AEO’s official event technology partner across major events, though not all activities fall under the agreement.
The renewed collaboration covers key events including the AEO Forums, the AEO Conference, and the AEO Excellence Awards. It also extends to year round content initiatives and networking activities designed for event organisers.
Under the agreement, several Cvent solutions will remain in use. Cvent’s Attendee Hub and survey tools will support event management, attendee engagement, and post event evaluation. The technology platform enables AEO to manage participant experience and collect structured feedback, supporting performance assessment and continuous improvement across its event portfolio.
Anna Golden, Chief Executive Officer of AEO, stated that Cvent has been a valued partner for several years and understands the operational needs of AEO’s community, adding that the technology contributes to delivering more effective events and measurable insights. Felicia Asiedu, Marketing Director at Cvent, noted that the company will continue supporting AEO’s events by facilitating connections among members and audiences through its event technology solutions.
The renewed partnership will continue to support event delivery, engagement tracking, and performance reporting across AEO’s portfolio of industry events.
