Saudi Federation for Cybersecurity, Programming and Drones (SAFCSP)
The Saudi Federation for Cybersecurity, Programming and Drones (SAFCSP) is a national technology development institution founded in 2017 and based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, operating under the Saudi Arabian Olympic Committee’s umbrella. SAFCSP’s mission is to empower and build local capabilities in cybersecurity, software development, drone technology, and advanced technologies by providing training, bootcamps, events, and platforms that enhance professional skills and innovation.
The federation’s strategic vision is to cultivate broad technological competence within the Saudi workforce, including having one programmer among every 100 Saudis by 2030 through intensive training programs like Tuwaiq Bootcamps in cybersecurity, programming, data science, and more. SAFCSP also organizes major initiatives such as the Hajj Hackathon, which set a Guinness World Record for the most participants in a hackathon, and runs platforms like Bug Bounty to strengthen software security research and vulnerability discovery.
