Diamond Island Convention and Exhibition Center (DIECC)

Diamond Island Convention and Exhibition Center (DIECC) is one of Phnom Penh’s main convention and exhibition venues, located on Koh Pich (Diamond Island) in the Tonlé Bassac area. It is a modern, multipurpose facility used for trade fairs, conferences, corporate events, weddings, and large public exhibitions, making it an important part of Cambodia’s MICE industry. The center offers large flexible exhibition halls, meeting and seminar rooms, and on-site food and guest services, though detailed official figures on total area, hall counts, or parking are not widely published. DIECC is known for its convenient location in a fast-developing mixed-use island district with river views, modern infrastructure, and easy access by road, taxi, and tuk-tuk. It is close to major hotels, shopping malls such as AEON Mall, and business districts, which makes it a practical and popular venue for both local and international events.
