The Thailand Smart Delivery Expo, held from January 28–30, 2026 at BITEC, Bangkok, and organized by Connect Exposition Asia, highlighted the latest innovations in last-mile delivery, logistics, and e-commerce fulfillment. During the exhibition, we visited and interviewed five key exhibitors who are shaping the future of logistics and sustainable delivery solutions.

Ranpak – Sustainable Paper-Based Packaging

Ranpak showcased its Protective Packaging Solutions (PPS) and Automation Solutions, designed for high-volume shippers in e-commerce, automotive, electronics, and cosmetics industries.

The company’s signature honeycomb paper packaging is fully sustainable, self-locking, and three times faster than traditional bubble wrap, offering both an aesthetically pleasing unboxing experience and superior product protection.

Ranpak is focusing on regional growth by providing on-demand converters to reduce manual packing and environmental impact across Southeast Asia.

Storopack – Advanced Protective Packaging

Storopack, represented by James, showcased its innovative on-demand packaging solutions for logistics and e-commerce. Storopack provides a comprehensive one-stop packaging system, combining carton boxes, cushioning materials, and inkjet printing capabilities that allow businesses to produce packaging in-house. This reduces reliance on external factories, saves storage space, and accelerates packing operations.

Storopack highlighted solutions for both plastic and paper-based cushioning, including biodegradable craft tape and recyclable paper alternatives, supporting the growing trend toward sustainable packaging in Southeast Asia. Storopack’s systems are designed to improve product protection, operational efficiency, and cost management, enabling faster packaging with minimal waste.

Industries benefiting most from Storopack’s solutions include e-commerce, industrial logistics, and fulfillment centers, particularly businesses requiring customized or low-volume packaging. Looking ahead to 2026, Storopack plans to continue focusing on the Thai market, helping companies adopt on-demand, self-sufficient packaging systems to secure their supply chains and support the shift from mass production to customized packaging solutions.

Heavy Duty Supply – Industrial Safety and Barriers

Heavy Duty focuses on warehouse and industrial safety solutions, importing impact barriers that enhance forklift and personnel safety.

These products help logistics operations run efficiently by securing goods and optimizing warehouse layouts. The company serves food & beverage and automotive clients and plans to expand nationwide, offering standardized safety solutions for large corporate facilities.

FarEye – Intelligent Delivery Management

FarEye presented its Transport Management System (TMS), a SaaS platform that optimizes logistics for B2B businesses and courier companies.

Using AI, the system calculates the most efficient delivery routes to save time and fuel, while providing real-time “Grab-like” tracking for consumers and comprehensive dashboards for managers overseeing thousands of drivers. FarEye serves global clients, major retailers, and plans to expand its AI-driven solutions across Thailand in 2026, aiming for public listing.

FedEx – International Express Delivery

FedEx (Thailand) highlighted its capabilities in international import/export shipments, emphasizing on-time delivery and smooth customs processing.

At the expo, the company demonstrated online booking systems and Electronic Trade Documents (ETD) for faster clearance, alongside real-time shipment tracking for global operations.

The Thailand Smart Delivery Expo 2026 offered a comprehensive view of how logistics technology, intelligent software, and sustainable packaging are driving the region’s e-commerce and last-mile delivery innovations.
