A new warehouse robot produced in Jianhu is rapidly becoming a breakout success. In the test workshop of the Hairou Robotics project located in Jianhu High tech Zone, the high speed and self climbing Flashpick robot is undergoing intensive aging tests. Since production began in August, 2025 and especially after entering the fourth quarter, the Jianhu based Hairou Innovation New Warehouse Robotics Company has achieved a rapid rise in output value driven by a strong stream of orders.
As the original creator of the tote based warehouse robot system, Hairou Innovation has placed its most advanced generation of products in Jianhu. According to co founder Fang Bing, the project is listed as a major provincial project for 2025 and carries a planned total investment of 1 billion yuan. The plan includes four new robot assembly lines and full machine testing lines along with more than 100 million yuan dedicated to research and development. Within two to three years, the company aims to build the Jianhu base into its number one national production center, its second global innovation center, and its number one settlement center in East China.
The company’s strong position in the market stems from its sustained investment in research and development. Over many years Hairou Innovation has placed research at the core of its strategy by building professional R and D teams and continuously increasing funding. These efforts have enabled repeated breakthroughs in performance and efficiency for core products such as the Flashpick robot. This leadership has solidified the company’s foundation in global competition.
Headquartered in Shenzhen, Hairou Innovation operates eight global branches and runs three manufacturing plants located in Jianhu, Dongguan and Malaysia. The company has served more than 1600 projects in over 40 countries and regions. Its products are used by leading enterprises including Walmart, JD and SF Express. In the segment of tote based warehouse robots, the company maintains the top global market share.
Hairou Group employs more than 500 research personnel and its core R and D team includes members from globally renowned technical universities. The company holds more than 2200 patents covering navigation, control, machine vision, storage and integrated warehousing system technologies.
The rapid progress from project launch to full production in Jianhu reflects the county’s forward looking strategy and precise industrial support. Since the beginning of the year Jianhu has prioritized improvements in the business environment, advanced integrated reforms and strengthened service networks through its Jianxiao Fast service brand. This has created new momentum for high quality development.
According to Fang Bing, the key factor behind the accelerated construction and production timeline is Jianhu’s favorable business environment. Within several months both investment and service teams demonstrated deep understanding of the robotics industry. He emphasized that the professionalism, responsiveness and efficiency of local government services have attracted more companies in the robotics supply chain to cluster within Jianhu Robotics Industrial Park, creating strong collaborative advantages and boosting confidence in future growth.
