The Center Overview

Anyang Staff Cultural and Sport Center, located at the southeast corner of Zhonghua Road and Wenming Avenue and adjacent to the convention center and Wanda Plaza, is a landmark cultural and sports venue in Anyang, one of China’s eight ancient capitals. Its architectural design blends historical heritage with modern aesthetics. Inspired by theatrical elements—such as musical instruments, piano keys, and stage curtains—the building uses “top-wide, bottom-narrow” vertical aluminum fins to form a clean, unified oval façade. Parametric design creates flowing wave-like lines at the base, echoing athletic movement and adding a dynamic, energetic character that elevates the architectural identity of the surrounding district.
