Modern Chinese Painting and Yixing Teapots Exhibition: Charm of Clay, Fragrance of Ink, held from October 1, 2025 to March 1, 2026 at the Long Museum West Bund in Shanghai. This exhibition celebrates the artistic dialogue between Yixing pottery masters and modern Chinese painters such as Zhang Daqian, Wu Guanzhong, Fu Baoshi, Li Kuchan, Pan Tianshou, and Lin Fengmian. Displaying over 100 masterpieces of painting, calligraphy, and handcrafted teapots, the exhibition reveals how brush and clay merged to express the poetic spirit of Chinese culture. Covering an area of 10,000 sqm, it is expected to attract over 50,000 visitors, offering insight into the harmony of traditional craft and modern art. Organized by the Long Museum, the exhibition aims to preserve and promote the timeless connection between visual art, literature, and craftsmanship.
