World University Presidents Forum and International Higher Education Forum Annual Conference will be held on November 8–9, 2025 at the Hangzhou International Expo Center. The forums will focus on Artificial Intelligence in higher education, talent cultivation, research transformation, digitalization, and sustainable development. Exhibitors include universities, research institutes, and international education organizations.
