Hualing Cattle Industry Group Co., Ltd. (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Xinjiang Hualing Industry & Trade Group, established in December 2020 with RMB 500 million registered capital) focuses on modernizing Xinjiang’s traditional livestock sector in line with national rural revitalization policies. Leveraging Xinjiang’s agricultural and pastoral resources, the company has developed a vertically integrated model centered on beef cattle, combining crop farming, livestock breeding, processing, sales, export, smart agriculture, and agritourism.

Hualing has invested in 15 cattle industry complexes and technology demonstration parks across Xinjiang, including Bazhou, Aksu, Kashgar, Hotan, Ili, Altay, Tacheng, and Urumqi. Its projects follow the “Three Parks and One Town” approach: cattle industry tech demonstration park, high-efficiency irrigation forage park, circular economy park, and cattle industry town, operating under a “leading enterprise + tech park + cooperative + farmer” model with services for contract farming, vocational training, and financing oversight.
