The Center Overview

The Chongqing Science Hall, the first PPP project in Chongqing High-Tech Zone, is led by the local government and built by a consortium including PowerChina Road & Bridge and China Merchants Shekou. Operated by China Merchants Exhibition, the complex spans 266,700 sqm with a total construction area of 346,700 sqm. Key facilities include a 58,400 sqm exhibition center, 88,600 sqm conference and support areas, 19,400 sqm for sci-tech offices, and an 18,300 sqm cultural center. The site includes 1,012 indoor and 430 outdoor parking spaces.
