Huamao International Exhibition (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. was formerly the International Exhibition Department of the Shanghai Council for the Promotion of International Trade. It is responsible for organizing, coordinating and managing delegations to hold or participate in international trade exhibitions abroad; guiding enterprises in the Yangtze River Delta region, especially small and medium-sized enterprises, to explore international markets, and assisting enterprises with mature conditions and strength to actively promote the “going out” strategy; and has developed a number of high-quality overseas exhibition projects involving various industries such as auto parts, baby and children’s products, and labor protection. In 2021, Huamao Exhibition successfully held the first “Yangtze River Delta International Emergency Disaster Reduction and Rescue Expo (EDRR) on the occasion of its 10th anniversary. In 2023, in order to actively implement the national strategy of “Belt and Road” and promote the construction of an international regional disaster risk reduction network, the first Indonesia International Emergency Disaster Reduction and Rescue Expo (EDRRIndonesia) was held in Jakarta, which was highly recognized by people from all walks of life. At present, EDRR has become one of the largest safety and emergency exhibitions in China.
