Nanjing Catering and Hotpot Ingredients Expo 2026

8th Nanjing Catering and Hotpot Ingredients Expo will be held from March 11 to 13, 2026, at the Nanjing International Expo Center. Covering 60,000 sqm across Halls 4 to 7, the expo will feature over 2,000 exhibitors and welcome more than 100,000 professional visitors. Showcasing categories such as pre-cooked dishes, hotpot ingredients, seafood, condiments, BBQ supplies, snacks, beverages, kitchen equipment, and food processing machinery, the event is organized by Qiyang Group. It aims to connect suppliers and buyers, foster business cooperation, and promote the high-quality development of the catering industry in East China.
