Shenzhen International Intelligent Building Industry Expo 2024

Shenzhen International Intelligent Building Industry Expo 2024 will be held from October 20-21, 2024, at the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center (Futian). Supported by the Shenzhen Housing and Construction Bureau and Construction Magazine, this expo is the first professional exhibition in the construction industry focusing on the entire lifecycle of the intelligent construction industry. It will showcase technological achievements, innovative products, and typical cases within the industry, launching the latest solutions for intelligent construction and building a high-end industry platform. The expo will cover 15,000 square meters, featuring specialized zones such as BIM Products and Digital Design, Industrial Components Intelligent Production, Smart Construction Sites and Management, Intelligent Construction Equipment, Smart Home and Intelligent Operation and Maintenance, Construction Industry Internet Platforms, and Green and Low-Carbon Solutions. This event aims to elevate the industry to the higher end of the value chain and establish a professional, high-end IP for the intelligent construction industry in China.

Range of Exhibition

The expo will feature several specialized zones: The BIM Products and Digital Design Zone will showcase independent BIM systems, digital surveying, AI-driven design, and intelligent design collaboration tools. The Industrial Components Intelligent Production Zone will focus on digital management platforms for smart factories, intelligent production of prefabricated concrete and steel components, and modular building systems. The Smart Construction Sites and Management Zone will present digital management platforms for construction sites, safety and quality monitoring, and intelligent on-site processing. The Intelligent Construction Equipment Zone will highlight smart measurement tools, construction robots, drones, and 3D concrete printing technology.
