China Chongqing International Hotpot Industry Expo 2025 is scheduled from October 23 to 25 at the Chongqing International Expo Center. Spanning 120,000 square meters, the expo will feature over 2,000 exhibitors and is expected to attract more than 120,000 attendees. Recognized as a premier platform for brand promotion, channel expansion, franchising, and collaborative ventures, the expo serves the global hotpot industry. Organized by the China Cuisine Association, the event will host over 30 professional activities, including the Opening Ceremony & Chongqing Hotpot Heritage Ceremony, the 2025 China Hotpot Industry Innovation Conference, the 2025 Hotpot Brand Franchise Conference, the 8th Hotpot Signature Ingredients Selection (Autumn), the 3rd National Hotpot Culinary Skills Competition, the 2025 Hotpot Dessert and Trendy Drinks Competition, the 2025 Hotpot Cultural Banquet, and the Chongqing Hotpot Tasting Banquet.
