Exhibition Introduction
28th China Bakery Expo will be held from May 10 to 12, 2025, at Canton Fair Complex, Zone D, Guangzhou. Exhibits cover baking ingredients, mooncake and fillings, packaging, bakery equipment, coffee and beverages, home baking products, ready-to-bake goods, and snack foods, with 1,500+ exhibitors, 200,000+ visitors, and a total area of 100,000 sqm. Jointly organized by the All-China Bakery Association and Guangzhou Bohong International Exhibition Co., Ltd., the event connects upstream and downstream sectors of the baking and foodservice industries. It runs alongside HOTELEX Guangzhou, FHC South China, and Guangzhou International Franchise Expo, promoting integrated growth and innovation across food and hospitality sectors.
