The Beijing University Food Ingredients Joint Procurement Center, known as Gaolian Cai, was established in 2001 under the leadership of the Beijing University Logistics Research Association’s Food Committee. It serves as a comprehensive service platform offering closed-loop solutions for university catering in Beijing. Guided by contemporary Chinese educational reforms and principles, the Expo aims to optimize costs, ensure food safety, and promote transparent procurement, ultimately enhancing the efficiency and quality of life for faculty and students.
The event connects buyers with precise interests and provides a platform for industry exchange, featuring exhibits and business negotiations with universities, large-scale catering companies, government agencies, distributors, and chain restaurants.
The Expo also includes an array of activities like forums and live broadcasts to facilitate networking and idea sharing. Scheduled for September 24-25, 2025, at the China International Exhibition Center in Chaoyang, the event promises high-level, authoritative, and specialized content addressing trends in university catering.
