Wulin Star Expo Center is a major urban renewal project in Hangzhou, redeveloped from the former Hangzhou Oxygen Plant and Hangzhou Boiler Factory. Spanning approximately 530 acres with a total construction area of 700,000 square meters, the site preserves nine historic industrial buildings—six from the oxygen plant and three from the boiler factory. As the largest and most refined industrial heritage preservation project in the city, it reimagines the old factory spaces into a cultural and commercial hub focused on art, lifestyle, and heritage. With a vision to create a world-class exhibition and cultural tourism complex, the center will feature museums, theaters, galleries, and boutique art hotels, setting a benchmark for urban regeneration and international cultural development in Hangzhou.
