The Center Overview

MAEPS was founded by the Ministry of Agriculture and Agro-Based Industry as a dedicated hub for agro-related events and initiatives. Recognized as one of Malaysia’s premier exhibition venues, MAEPS plays a central role in hosting both international and domestic events that celebrate and advance the nation’s agricultural excellence. It is best known as the proud home of the acclaimed MAHA Showcase and continues to serve as the leading destination for promoting Malaysia’s vibrant agriculture and food culture.

Spanning 130 hectares of land owned by the Malaysian Agricultural Research and Development Institute (MARDI), MAEPS stands as a symbol of Malaysia’s commitment to food security and self-sufficiency—reflecting the Ministry’s vision, “Our Food, Our Future.” As one of the country’s largest event venues and AgroTourism Parks, MAEPS continues to drive innovation, awareness, and growth within Malaysia’s agricultural sector.
