The Center Overview

The Hunan International Convention and Exhibition Center covers approximately 200,000 square meters, with a total building area of 114,000 square meters. It features nearly 50,000 square meters of indoor exhibition space and 60,000 square meters of outdoor exhibition space, designed with an advanced layout that can accommodate up to 2,000 international standard booths. The venue can simultaneously host three separate exhibitions, each with 500–1,000 booths, and offers flexible partitioning for diverse exhibition needs.

The first floor includes a 5,000-square-meter ceremonial hall, ideal for opening and closing ceremonies of various events. The second floor, spanning 18,000 square meters, serves as a large-scale indoor cultural plaza with a seating capacity of 15,000, suitable for concerts, performances, and festivals. With a clear height of 18 meters, the venue also supports sports events such as basketball, volleyball, badminton, and table tennis.

The international conference area features 25 meeting rooms, accommodating 18 to 500 attendees, making it an ideal space for conferences, business negotiations, press conferences, and receptions. Additional facilities include a press center, business center, Chinese and Western restaurants, and VIP lounges. The outdoor plaza offers over 1,200 parking spaces, ensuring convenience for exhibitors and visitors.
