China Industrial Gases Industry Association (CIGIA)

China Industrial Gases Industry Association (CIGIA) is a national industrial association established in 1987 and approved under Chinese national regulations to represent and support the industrial gases sector in China. Headquartered in Beijing, the association serves as the country’s dedicated industry organization for industrial gases and related technologies. Its activities include industry coordination, technical exchange, standards development, training and certification programs, policy support, professional exhibitions, consulting services, publications, and international cooperation. CIGIA supports sectors including industrial gases, hydrogen energy, LNG, electronic gases, cryogenic engineering, medical gases, pressure equipment, manufacturing, chemicals, and energy applications. The association also organizes recurring industry events including the China International Gas Equipment, Technology and Application Exhibition (IGEX), maintains technical committees and industry alliances, and promotes innovation, safety, and sustainable development across the gas industry ecosystem in China.
